Condensation
Q-Why we see droplets of water under the lid of cooker when we boil water in it? Ans- The reason behind this is that when we boil the water, it evaporates and changes into vapour. When the vapour tries to rise up, it cannot go up in the air as there is no space for it, so when the vapours touches the lid, it settles down as and hence changes into drops of water. This process is also called condensation.
